SUMMARY:6th GERN Summer School
DESCRIPTION:Challenges of Comparative Criminological Research\n  \nLe GERN et l’Université de Maribor organisent la 6e édition de l’école d’été du GERN. Elle se déroulera du 3 au 5 septembre 2018\, à la Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security\, en Slovénie. \n  \nL’école d’été du GERN s’adresse aux doctorants en deuxième ou troisième année de thèse\, travaillant sur des thématiques liées à la déviance\, au crime et au contrôle social. Elle leur offre l’opportunité de présenter leurs recherches à un panel de chercheurs européens reconnus. Les travaux sélectionnés seront\, par ailleurs\, publiés dans un ouvrage édité et examiné par des pairs. \nL’échange est au cœur de cette école d’été dans la mesure où les étudiants pourront non seulement discutez de leurs recherches d’autres doctorants européens\, mais également bénéficier de cours et de sessions de discussion avec les principaux chercheurs européens dans le domaine de la recherche en criminologie. \n  \nLes doctorants appartenant à un laboratoire membre du GERN bénéficient d’un tarif préférentiel de 60€ (au lieu de 140€). \nPour participer à l’école d’été du GERN\, vous devez envoyer un résumé détaillé de votre contribution (deux pages\, en anglais\, exposant le cadre théorique\, les concepts et le plan de recherche) avec le formulaire de demande\, accompagné d’une lettre d’engagement de votre directeur de recherche\, avant le 15 avril 2018. \n  \n Voir l’appel à contribution\n Plus d’informations sur le site de l’école d’été\n  \n  \nThe GERN and the University of Maribor organize the 6th GERN summer school\, from 3 till 5 September 2018\, in Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security\, in Slovenia. \n  \nThe GERN Summer School addresses to research students undertaking doctoral research on deviance\, crime and social control. This is an opportunity to present your research\, have it discussed by leading European researchers and\, if selected\, published in an edited and peer-reviewed volume.
